The first interview was with one of the head engineers. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He asked about basic ML questions. The second part of the interview was a take home assignment on a design question for a specific model. Two Virtualitics engineers gave were present and asked about some questions about my approach to the problem. They gave some feedback and I noticed they tailored their questions to help the interviewee understand some future improvements. I didn't feel like I got a lot of direct feedback from them but they were friendly and easy to talk to.

3 rounds: 1) Informational round with some basic AI design problems and experimental setup questions 2) Technical Round. Had to complete a take home assessment or provide a coding project from my github. The questions were focused on understanding my approach and then asking various spin-offs and hypothetical situations with regards to the assessment. 3) Meet the team, additional technical questions for breadth, etc. This is where I met several of my future teammates.
