It was a very straight forward interview. I heard back with an offer within a week. They noted it was nice to see a grad student dressed professionally for the interview process, so apparently that made me stand out from others who treated it too casually.

They asked a good bit about customer service skills (helping other students) and relevant experience. One question that stood out to me was "How do you handle stressful situations and days with heavy workloads?"
