Entretien
They called me in for a brief chat at their head office initially, which meant I travelled over an hour for a 5 minute chat. Then, as I was "successful" at the initial chat, they then called me for an assessment day about three weeks later. This lasted half a day, was unpaid, and seemed to be overkill for what is just a customer service position. The first half was an interview with three members of staff, and the second half was a written assessment which was supervised like an exam. Very odd.
