Once applied heard nothing back until last minute, and was interviewed over the phone from an unexpected call. Then invited in for a more formal interview, again not given more than a couple of days notice. The interview itself was pleasant as interviews go. More weight seemed given to questions which were value based. After words heard of successful application very quickly.
