I had a screening call set up, but it felt more like a Q&A checklist than an informal conversation. The structure made it harder to feel at ease, and I didn’t feel very comfortable during the call. It would have been more helpful if the tone was a bit more conversational to help me relax.
I got through to second stage of interviews, which necessitated taking time off work to visit the head office and deliver a presentation. I was informed that I would receive feedback by the end of that week. However, I have not received any form of feedback via phone call or email.
I followed up with an email, which has been ignored. While I understand that everyone is busy, some acknowledgment would have been appreciated, even if it was just to inform me that I was unsuccessful.
I found this lack of communication to be very unprofessional, especially from such a large company.

Entretien
I received a text message and email to arrange a first stage telephone interview. The issue here is that there are limited times you must choose from a selection. I had to take a extra break from work. Questions were general. I received an email two days later saying that I am unsuccessful.
