The company is proud and stands for their values. They focus on progression and someone who’s right for the role as a representative of the company. Always doing the right thing, initiatives and people skills.

Smooth, some back and forth and delayed replies unless you follow up regularly. Not a super tight or professional process but still ok. This was a few years back so the hr team may have changed

I prepared for ages looking at various questions that was asked on glass door but it was kind of worthless. Their was a group interview which had 24 people competing for different job roles within the company which is far too many people for a interview.
When I got to the headquarters (barbican) you have to write your name then fill in some sheep of paper. It has a question on it essentially asking you to give 3 fictional cartoon characters you would bring on your dream holiday and why.
When you go into the interview room with the other candidates the first thing the they ask you is to introduce yourself then answer that question. Tip (need to think outside the box with the character response and relate why you would bring each cherecter ie what are their qualities.
For about 1h the main person talking asks question to the group like what do you know about the company and what countries have a virgin active ect he gives chanches for people to ask questions about the company ECT.
The second exercise was to be split into groups, put in seperate rooms and given some laminated sheets with simpson characters and we had to figure out how to get the charecters across a river. We had to abide by some rules which was extremely hard. Oh we had 15 mins to come up with a plan them present it in front of everone.
Dont worry if you don't solve it as no one solved it in the group but you need to interact within the group and be talkative to express ideas on how to come up with a plan as their are someone assessing how you preform from the moment the the interview starts.
The last part was a 1 to 1 interview which we had to wait in a room with a pool table , table tennis and a football table until our name was called.
We were allowed to play with them. Lol.
The one 2 one interview was pretty informal.
