Was a quick process, got the interview and then that evening got a call to say I was hired. Was a nice relaxed interview in the club lounge cafe. Much nicer interview than i have ever had in the past and staff were lovely! Went through 2 days of training and a shadow shift after I was hired. Everyone extremely helpful. I applied for the job quite a long time ago and didn't hear back from them so i assumed i hadn't got an interview

it was very easy and also fairly straight forward, just one round of basic questions (why do you want to work for virgin active, past experience, motivators to work etc.)

Best interview I have ever done. So relaxed and chilled. Interview was help in the club lounge were we spoke and the manager asked a few questions, followed by a tour around the gym.

I had two ten minute interviews and was shown very briefly where I would work. And I started the following Monday every day for the first two weeks, then I was put to work alone from then on.
