Phone interview, video call, and then they make you do an assignment, I was very iffy on completing it and the sound of the company but decided to see it through to the end. I was rejected a day later with no explanation given. I have a feeling they were using the assignment to get ideas for their firm, I regret completing it and should've just declined to move forward in the process based on their questionable glassdoor reviews and declining company culture.
