I had an initial phone screen. The guy was cutting out and I could barely hear him. I asked him if we could switch to skype or online voice chat and he got irritated and ended the interview abruptly. Next day I receive a request for a second interview with the engineering manager. The manager re-schedules for Saturday, shows up late (I waited for him for one hour!), then copies/pastes 3 coding problems on a google drive document and asks me to solve them. He did not allow me to use an IDE or a screen share, which made writing my solution an absolute horror. After the coding assignment, he started talking about himself, how awesome the bay area is (the job i applied to was in San Diego) and how all jobs are leaving SD and coming to SF. Guy had a huge ego and did not ask me anything about my background. 2 weeks later I follow up with him using an email, and it said the email is no longer active. I check linkedin, he still works there. Very unprofessional company. Applicants beware.
