Overall the interview process went smoothly, asked me to do an unpaid test. Other companies, at least, compensated me for my time. (Amazon Gift Card, check, etc.) Waited three weeks for a response and sent 3 follow ups as they told me in the interview that they would get back to me after. The email I received was really dry and didn't provide any feedback as to the decision making process.

First round was a standard 30 minute chat with CD, which was fine and pretty standard. They required three references, then the next round is a very long 1.5 hour interview to go through all of your experience, then a large campaign project ending with a final presentation. It's a lot.
