Thorough and organized. Transparency on both sides, they ask very direct questions. I felt that everyone was friendly and enjoyed the conversations I had along the process. Felt authentic, they wanted to get to know me and see if it was a good fit for their team and for me.

I had two phone interviews followed by an on-site interview. Interview feedback was a bit slow and indirect, a lot of dancing around and meaningless questions to gauge where I was at in other interviews and offers.

Question 1
I got a bad feeling as soon as the manager of Phoenix office called me almost a half-hour later than our scheduled interview time. As if that wasn't a bad first impression enough, I could hear a bunch of people yelling in the background throughout the interview and he kept cutting me off of mid-answer. The internal hiring lady told me to plan for an hour but the phone call only last 20 minutes at best. He asked A LOT of questions about my company and not very much about my skill set. Since the phone interview was so short, I figured they didn't like me but I ended up getting an on-site interview. I decided to give them a shot in the event the office manager was having an off day. Not the case. Pushy. Seemed to only be mining for information. Slow with feedback and when they did give feedback the internal hiring lady was extremely indirect. Strange company. Wouldn't recommend based off of my impression and wouldn't accept offer.
