panel interview with all faculty and staff members in the department. casual but targeted questions related to previous experience and also future job responsibilities. wasn't too bad but would still prepare.

The committee were friendly and the interview went on more naturally as a conversation than expected. Due to geographical distance, the interview was conducted online and it lasted 45 mins.
