My interview started 45 minutes later than scheduled. The office didn't know who I was supposed to interview with. I ended up speaking with 3 different people and notified that I got the job a week later.

I was interviewed by 2 property manager and they asked basic questions, describe a time you went above and beyond? etc They took me on a tour of the community and then they sent me out for drug testing and I had to have a background check. They them called me with my training schedule and I had to go to new hire orientation located in Farmington hills for a week. The feed you lunch the whole week and then you get your schedule. I really enjoyed the training classes, I dislike that you will work every shift at the concierge desk.
