Over all, the interview process was very professional. They were always in touch and made decisions fairly quick. The whole process took about 3 weeks and they never left you waiting more than 2 or 3 days before letting you hear their decision. It starts as a simple skype interview (mostly behavior questions), followed by a technical interview over the phone, and finally an on site lasting about 5 hours where they ask you a mix of technical and behavior questions.

Gave them my resume at a college infosession. They offered me to interview over phone or onsite. I decided to go onsite and had an interview. I passed that round and they asked if I would be willing to continue interviewing that day. The lack of transparency surprised me, and I let them know that I was busy for the rest of the day. I came onsite for 2 more interviews. They were easy enough and I passed them. There was an engineer who used to work at Amazon who bashed them and used them as basis for why Captricity is good. I passed this round and they sent me an email asking for an interview with the founder over the phone. The day/time for the interview comes and I don't receive a call. I find the founder's phone number from an email and give him a call 10 minutes after the start date. He's annoyed and asked me why I'm not at their office. Well obviously, we know the reason why... I don't get a "sorry" or any apology and he asks me some technical design questions. I hadn't taken any upper division CS courses at that point so I failed all his questions. That was the first and only time I was asked technical design questions for an internship interview.
