I started out by filling out an application. A talent recruiter set up a phone interview to see if I was someone they felt had some knowledge of what the company is looking for, and what I am looking for as well. Then if the fit seemed right, you have a mock interview virtually face to face to see if you have the appropriate understanding of a health coach
