After a handful of interviews and a requirement to do a panel presentation with a proposed marketing plan, they determined that their job description for the role was not accurate. A big waste of time. Beware of interviewing for marketing with this company as it's structure to scale is wack. They are scaling quickly and trying to figure out what they need by interviewing people.

The majority of my interview process went well until the last one. The recruiter and hiring manager were both very sweet and I enjoyed my conversations with them. There was one interview that was solely behavioral with questions read off of a sheet. However when I met with, the VP, he was disinterested and was actually texting on his phone for half the time. The fact that he was trying to hide it was also funny lol. Note to management: don't waste your candidate's time! If you aren't giving them your full attention, it doesn't look good.
