This was an enormous disappointment. I had 3 interviews, completed a project, and really thought this was going to be an amazing fit for me. I was strung along for a while and then told that they decided to pivot and were not hiring for the position anymore and to reapply in the new year. I then saw they had hired someone right out of college for the position. I would have appreciated a little more honesty in the process. I have reapplied several times and have gotten no response.

Pretty standard interview process. Spoke to the HR first, then VP of product. After that had individual chats with each product manager from different Pods. The interview process ended with an interview with the UX Director and then the CTO

I was very excited to get a call back, the first interview was very last-minute and rushed but that happens to everyone so I brushed it off. After that the communication was very slow, I was supposed to receive the assignment after the interview but I only received it after the weekend. They told me they would schedule a second interview, which never happened. After I submitted the assignment I never heard back from them. I wrote multiple emails and they didn’t take five minutes out of their day to tell me that they were not interested. I do not mind the rejection, but I’m very disappointed in the interview process. A waste of time.

Question 1
General questions about experience, and an introduction to the company.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us. It's certainly disappointing that this happened to you. We talk all the time about making sure candidates have a good experience while interviewing with us. Clearly that didn't happen in this case. If you have some time, I would like to hear more about this experience but I understand if you aren't up for it.
