I interviewed with my District Leader first then was called into the store to do and interview with the Store Leader. He asked me what my hopes were with this company and where I would like to go within it. He also asked about my schooling and if I would be furthering it. He asked me to sell him a pen to prove my selling abilities and make sure you can handle most questions a customer will throw at you.

Simple and typical hiring process. I was told to apply online. I filled out all the information and took the assessment. Then just waited for a call. We did a video interview and was asked usual questions. Then waited to hear back from them.

I got a quick call from the hiring manager, where the introduced themselves and they asked some screening questions pertaining to who I am as a candidate, it was not super in depth, questions such as "tell me about yourself" "do you live in the area" "what are your hours of availability". Super general and basic questions.
