Essentially I walked in the door and asked for a job. I spoke with the manager and answered a few basic questions and finished the process online. I did bring in a paper resume and submitted one online as well. There is also a personality test to be completed as well.

Simple and typical hiring process. I was told to apply online. I filled out all the information and took the assessment. Then just waited for a call. We did a video interview and was asked usual questions. Then waited to hear back from them.

I got a quick call from the hiring manager, where the introduced themselves and they asked some screening questions pertaining to who I am as a candidate, it was not super in depth, questions such as "tell me about yourself" "do you live in the area" "what are your hours of availability". Super general and basic questions.
