Received a very pleasant call from someone from the HR department. They explained the history of the company and detailed the job responsibilities and expectations. I was told of the location and the work hours. Then I was asked of my past experience and skills. I had lot of opportunity to ask them questions about the company and the job and the location/ team I will be joining. It was a very friendly talk and not scary like some other companies.
