J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Toronto, ON) en oct. 2025
Entretien
It was pretty simple, a group interview. They mostly care about your availability for seasonal positions. Got a phone call a few days after I applied and was asked to go to the store in-person.
But working there wasn't great.

Entretien
I applied through their careers page and received a confirmation email. The store manager texted to schedule a 30 minute, easygoing in-person interview. Shortly after, I was called and offered the job, with employment forms sent via email.

Started with a series of text to set up an interview. I found that unprofessional. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was no one in the sales floor to connect with so I went to the registers and was not acknowledged for awhile and when I finally got the cashier's attention she said I should have just asked instead of waiting inline in which I tried to ask but was ignored so that is when I waited in line to ask for the interviewer. It didn't make me late but exactly on time but the interview has already started. It was a group interview in which I was never foretold about. The questions are a series of irrelevant scenario questions that you had to sit through and listen to everyone's bs answer. No personal questions about my job history or myself or a chance to asked questions one on one. I have plenty of retail experience, have managed a lingerie store and already know how to do a bra fitting. I came dressed for the job ( nice all black clothing ) meanwhile the interviewer was wearing sweats and looking very sloppy. The other interviewees were white females and none of us were hired. I feel we were discriminated against as there were no other white females working. Victoria Secret takes DEI hiring a little to seriously.
