Called and asked to come in for interview. Interviewed in group by two managers. They call all of your references. Called the next day and asked me to come in for training.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
