Apply in store. They called to set up an interview the day after I applied. The interview was a group interview with about 4 other people. They asked one question at a time and let each girl answer. The manager who was conducting the interview gave us basic information about VS and the type of things we would do on a daily basis on the job. She then asked if we had any questions and said we would be getting a call about their decision in the next couple of days. They called me later that day and offered me the job!
