I went through 3 separate interviews, one with the hiring manager, one with the product manager, and one with the general manager. The questions were easy and expected - they asked questions about my past job experience & personality, and how to handle various customer situations. Everyone was very warm and friendly.

Basic Interview: I came into the store, and they had me walk through my resume. It took less than 20 minutes. They wanted to know my availability and my past experience working in retail. Nothing different than any other sales position interview.

It went well. They do group interviews with more than 4 people and you have to dress professionally and answer some simple questions. You will get the job is you say the right things and if they like your personality.
