It was a group interview with about 5 people. They took about 2 weeks to get back to any of us. We all got hired. It was very casual, more like an open discussion.

What does building an outfit from the inside out mean to you?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
