Very organised and very friendly staff
You get put in to a group of 2 and they give you scenarios and how you would deal with it abit like role play.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
