I applied, and 1 day later I got a phone call for and interview. I had a 1 on 1 interview where they asked about my experience in retail and asked for examples of how I could make a difference in their store. It took about 15 min. I got a call back an hour and a half later asking for a 2nd interview the following day. That interview was also 1 on 1 and I was mainly asked about who I was and I gave them my background. Super nice people. 3 days later, I got a call back and I got the job.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
