A group introduction with other applicants and managers. After a couple of basic questions we were pulled into one-on-one interviews asking more in-depth questions with a manager. Basic questions with no real depth. Received a call back the next day.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
