Walked in and applied; I had gone online and printed out the application so I already had it filled out (they also prefer that you don't fill out the application at the register too, rather perhaps take the application and bring it back at a later time). Since I had another job at the time, it was constant "returning phone calls" and leaving voicemails, but they were within contact with me after a week. My initial interview was pretty basic (also it was one on one), they saw I had retail & management experience and though I had put down that I was inquiring about an associate position, the questions that were asked seemed to be leaned more towards management (which I didn't mind). I had never done clothing retail or worked for this brand before so I was unaware that there were 'departments' (such as VSX, Beauty, Bras, ect). After the first interview, I met the SM and she also admired that I had experience under my belt (I'm only 19 yrs old). I got a call a few days later with an offer as well as an escalated pay rate due to the experience I had. Overall, the process took about 2 weeks (probably could have been 1 week but we had to keep calling each other back and leaving Voicemails). It's only been about 2 months since I've been with the company and I've already been promoted to a specialist position, so the turn over rate for this company is usually really high and fast!

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.
