I had applied in person and about 2 months later I got a phone call. My friend had been working there and let her boss know I still needed a job. During the interview he just chatted with me to get a feel of my personality. I think he felt bad for me because I was only receiving 4 hours a week at Victoria's Secret. He then offered me the job on the spot.
