Applied In Person - Be well dressed & Smile to everybody you come in contact with then turning in app.
Interview - was originally with 3 other girls but only me & another girl showed up!
She asked us only about three questions & most of it consist of casual conversation.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
