Entretien
I turned in the application in store. They called me about a week later for an interview, and they told me to dress business casual. We i went to the interview i waited about twenty minutes after the scheduled time for the actual interview to start. We walked out to a sitting area in the mall. It was a group interview that consisted of about eight other girls, and two managers interviewed us. It was a very easy interview. They really did ask about retail question surprisingly. They wanted to know more about me and what I liked to do as well as why I wanted to work for the company. The interview last about fifteen minutes.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
