It was a pretty laid back process. It was a group interview with 6 other girls. The manager was really nice and welcoming. I think that there were too many girls interviewing at a time but it is what it is. The questions were pretty simple and easy to answer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
