After initial contact I have had a video interview through Skype with Head of Development. The communication was polite and professional. Interviewer had deep understanding of technology so technical questions should be answered honestly and accurately. Any gap in knowledge will be identified. After the video interview I've been given a technical task of reasonable difficulty and time requirements. The task was thoroughly explained and provided with documentation. I've been given with a contact of technical lead for consulting regarding task requirements. My code has been reviewed by two people and feedback was provided. Application was successful.
