We completely own up to the fact that this wasn't the interview experience we want to give to any candidate. With that said, we’ve since identified the gaps in our process; Vicarious has implemented more candidate briefing with recruiters before each stage, scheduling onsites on non-company wide meeting days, and providing timely feedback after final stages on a follow-up phone call.
