Poor interview scheduling practices. Experience did not feel very professional.
Salary offered for this position was very low compared to the work location and high cost of living.
Slightly higher salary than an intern.

STAR type interview, with bit of technical presentation. First round was a formal HR call, and the next round was for half a day with technical interview, lab tours and presentation.

Interview process was quite simple and easy. Applied online through referral and got a call from the hiring manager. Interview was fairly non-technical and lasted for about one hour. It was a phone interview process, they did not need to be on site for the interview.

Hiring Manager went thru a series of normal interview qns: strengths, weakness, projects handled, how to manage difficult/pressure situation etc.
I was also asked to explain my previous roles and how they relate to the job that I applied to.
