Entretien
Phone interview with HR. Pretty typical interview questions. HR interviewer became really pushy when discussing compensation for position. I was personally looking to learn if I would be a good cultural fit for the company but instead was scoffed at for disclosing my current salary as being not accurate to my experience level. The unprofessional attitude towards a negotiable topic such as compensation was off putting. I recommend to anyone interviewing to highly emphasize their interest in company fit first and research into the current retention issues the company is having at that location.
