Entretien
Standard interview process, fairly straightforward. First there was a phone screening interview with a 15min case study (how would you raise revenue / cut costs etc.) and some background questions. Second interview has a similar format. Third interview is with senior management.
Case study: We are launching a new campaing . If it is successful, it could raise the demand for our services. What can we do (one the supply side) to ensure this deman is met? How do we prepare our drivers? What data / inputs would you consider? Etc. Classic factor question (first round included some simple calculations, second roud did not).
