The recruiter called, lowballed my current salary even though my current salary was within their advertised range. Asked me if I'm ok with 20% travel even though on their job posting it was 10% (maybe it would become 50% if I were to get hired who knows!)Then told me I will be contacted by their hiring manager for an interview next week. No follow up by the hiring manager. I called the following week and the recruiter said the hiring manager was on vacation, then the following week emailed me and said they are going with somebody else! Did not return calls and did not provide any reasoning. Not sure how this company is still in business if this is their best face during recruiting. A solid F from my side.

There are three rounds of interviews. The first is a 30-minute phone interview which is easy. The second is a technical interview with the hiring manager. The last round is multiple rounds of technical interviews with a panel.
