I met a recruiter at career fair. I later met with an engineer for an hour-long 1:1 interview. I then interviewed onsite in Duluth, GA for about 6 hours.
I showed up 15 minutes early and checked in with security. I waited 45 minutes to speak to my first interviewer because HR scheduled the interview with people who had Friday off, and the team was out at lunch when I arrived. They were obviously coming up with interview questions on the spot as they had to keep rephrasing them and weren't confident when I got the answers right. Every person I interviewed with except one just talked to me about themselves for an hour. They were all extremely awkward to talk to and kept complaining that people were leaving their team.
They didn't offer me any food or a break for the 6 hours I was there, then when they noticed I was getting tired and my stomach was audibly growling they told me I could go home. HR did not respond to my many emails and calls asking to be reimbursed for driving to and from their office. I never heard back from the team in Duluth or from the HR representative.
