Initial phone interview followed by long interview with person who would be my supervisor. Followed by on site with 6 members of the team or ancillary...serial interviews, not group.

Despite not receiving an offer, this was a good experience. Very respectful process. Gave me their decision in a short amount of time, not leaving me hanging. I really appreciate being treated like a human being.
