First was a phone Interview with the company and then a Zoom interview the region team lead. There is the potential for an interview with the client which would be ODRC on the basis of further interview.

I had my initial interview with them but got referred to a higher paying position that I am interviewing for next week. The initial interview was very casual and the hiring agent I talked with was very kind. They endorsed my candidacy for a better role to senior management. I haven't accepts or declined an offer yet.
