I got a call from its hiring partner who explained about the role and responsibilities. It was a screening call. In 2nd call, we discussed deeply about the ongoing project and product culture. First I was reluctant to apply for this company because I saw it has had the same open positions for more than 1 year and still didn't get one candidate. It shows senior management is unsure what they want or they are waiting for a candidate from its competitor company.
