I received an initial screening interview pretty soon after applying. Two weeks passed and I was rejected. The interview was mostly behavioral. There was little communication between interview and rejection.

I applied directly on their website. I received an email asking me to share some time to set up an interview with a product manager.
The interview was a video call over Google Meet. The questions were mostly behavioral type. For example, questions about my previous experience and why I want to join Via.

Entretien
Recruiter is kind, however the process is long, and includes multiple interviews with local and global team members. Many times interviewers repeat the same questions, which seems excessive, not very time efficient and requieres candidates to have multiple interviews after work hours.
