From the initial reach out by the company HR to the an actual interview took about a week. The interview was a phone interview with 2 of the current System Admins (at the time). It lasted about 20-30 minutes and covered basic System Admin troubleshooting. Mostly Windows and some Linux questions. Got an offer within a few days of the phone interview.
