I had an informal short phone call, then asked for a sit down interview with head nurse and deputy, it lasted 30 minutes. I was shown around the practice afterwards.

It was a group interview with about 4 others, taken by the area manager who was lovely, plenty of opportunity for everyone to speak, followed by a brief tour of the practice. They often do individual interviews instead though.
