A writing sample is required directly after 1st interview (1 hour after the interview)

Could you share a time where you successfully negotiated additional resources on a program? Describe the situation, why and the methods used.
Describe a time where you lead projects initiatives that were not functionally successful. What was it? What actions did you take? What did you learn from the experience?
