Pretty smooth. Interviewer was very kind and attending. Willing to accommodate interviewee schedule. Great introduction on benefits of the company. Clear explanation of company values and vision. Informative. Very welcoming and great at addressing my concerns. Clearly defined expectations. Interested in my experience and looking to work out a mutually beneficial solution.

Ask some questions about licensing and education Nothing of the sorts to fit and understanding me as a person and what I was looking for. The highlight was on me, however, as lot of the feel was towards filling the role, moreso than fit.
