I interviewed at Vestel for an Android Developer position. The process started with a phonic (screening) round, followed by Technical Round 1, and then Technical Round 2 with the team from Turkey. Everything went smoothly, and I was told they’d get back soon. However, it’s been over 4 weeks, and the HR has completely stopped responding to my emails or follow-ups. No update, no closure — just ghosted after multiple rounds. Very disappointing experience, especially after investing time and effort through several stages. Advice to Management: At least inform candidates about the outcome. Ignoring emails after final rounds creates a poor impression of the company’s professionalism.
