First CV screening, then there was a video interview with five questions, then the personality test and the raven's test, and an interview with HR. The last step was the assessment center at the offices, solving a case in groups.

Overall quite challenging due to the number of applicants, but questions asked are generic interview questions. Prepare thoroughly and show passion in your interview as they look out for ambition and drive but also good communication.

Group case study. Safety issues found in a warehouse. suggest 3 actions to fix safety hazards and make sure they are not temporary solutions and will be continuous.
